Yes you can go to the last tab->Settings->Training Maxes. This will show your current training maxes. You can edit them and tap update.

How can I make an alternating exercises to replicate GreySkull Phrak’s variant?

For alternating exercises just add more days. As in use 6 days instead of 3. This is actually what is done in the app as well. Internally it is a 6 day program. If you look closely at the program, then the days would be like this:

Bench press

Barbell row

Squat

Day 2

Overhead press

Chinups

Deadlift 

Day 3

Bench press

Barbell row

Squat

Day 4

Bench press

Chinups

Squat

Day 5

Overhead press

Barbell row

Deadlift 

Day 6

Bench press

Squat

This is exactly how the app does it as well. 

What are the differences between weight-based and percentage-based exercises?

Weight based exercises have a fixed weight for all sets. In percentage based, you can have different percentages for every set. So for instance, the first 5 sets can be 100% and the next ones can be 80%. So when you put your training max as 100 kg, the first five sets will show up as 100 and the next ones will show as 80kg (if you set 80%). And the increment is applied to the training max. So the new training max might be 105 kg and the weights will be displayed accordingly. 

You can edit the training maxes by going to Settings->Training Maxes.

Training Maxes are stored for every type of percentage-based exercise such as Wendler, nSuns, Madcow, lvysaurs 4-4-8, etc.

How can I adjust my bar weight?

You can adjust the barbell weight by going to settings->Select weights for plates, barbells, machines. This will show you two tabs. The first are the plates you have to calculate the plates you need. The second tab is where you can edit a bar for every exercise. The exercises shows are the current ones you are running. 

What does the round-to do?

Let’s assume you have chosen to round off to the nearest 5 lbs and if your training max is 23 , the app would round it to 25.

Round does not apply to weight-based exercises as they have a fixed weight and the increment is always added to them. So instead, you will need to change the increment.

Is the premium a subscription or for lifetime?

The premium is for lifetime! 🙂

If I edit an existing program, will it overwrite the original?

You can choose to overwrite or make a new one. When saving the program, when it asks for the name and description etc, you would need to uncheck “overwrite existing program”. Doing this will make sure the original is not overwritten.
